Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your instrument. This policy explains when and how you can return a product.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and complete with all original packaging and accessories.

2. How to start a return

Contact us through the enquiry form with your order details before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

3. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring the item is adequately packed and insured. Return shipping is at our cost only where the item is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds are made in the original currency (USD). Any original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or damaged on arrival

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

6. Non-returnable items

Because these are precision measurement instruments, units that have been used, calibrated to a customer specification, or supplied as custom / OEM-configured orders may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights and warranty cover for defects are unaffected.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims outside the return window are handled per the manufacturer's terms; contact us and we will assist.
